I’m Alexis Cannon, a licensed esthetician, beauty entrepreneur, and founder of Lesthetic LLC — a growing beauty and self-care brand offering customized facials, eyelash extensions, brows services, and massage. Lesthetic is built on intentional service, natural enhancement, and confidence. My goal is to create experiences that leave clients feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for. Cancellation Policy
GRACE PERIOD: A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled.
CANCELLATION: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
NO- SHOW: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.
REFUND: Due to the nature of beauty and personal care services, all services rendered are non-refundable.
If you experience concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address the issue.
CONFIRMATION: Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for remembering and arriving for their scheduled appointments.
